Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

This software operates my post sale activities from loyalty points to on page reviews. It is invaluable! I believe it keeps my customers coming back to get more points and use them on goods we list as well as discounts we offer based on their spending level.

We've been really happy with Okendo reviews. It integrates seamlessly with our website and email platforms. Our account manager always shares new features and helps us optimize. We've gotten so many more product reviews since switching to Okendo.

His response was prompt and professional, and he guided me through the process step-by-step. Thanks to his support, the issue was quickly fixed, and everything is running smoothly now. We've been using Okendo for over 3 years and have had a great experience. Their support team responds in a timely manner and are very helpful when we have questions or need support. Our new customer success manager, Andre Saldanha, is awesome and has been really helpful in ensuring we're using the tool to its fullest extent. We get most of our reviews from Bazaarvoice, so I would love to see them add an integration that uploads those reviews automatically rather than exporting using an Okendo specific template. Other than that, really intuitive and easy to use platform.

Great experience working with Okendo, intuitive back end, great analytics, integrates with our headless set up seamlessly.

Fees for the app are crazy!!
ROI on it is minimal. Can get more features at a lower cost with other apps.
The only advantage it has is all in one platform.

Overall experience is rather poor. Wouldn't recommend.

And to make it worse, they still charged me even when I cancelled.
