Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We've been using Okendo for almost 3 years now. The initial setup and merging of our existing reviews were all take care of seamlessly without any involvement from our side. Their ongoing support over the years and flexibility is second to none. The customer attribute feature is one of their standout features for us. They are constantly adding new features and the recent integration with Klaviyo is definitely a must have. This is one of the must have apps for any store using Shopify!

Okendo has been a great help in allowing us to acquire solid customer testimonials along with customer retention. We like how responsive their team is and how they consistently make updates to their app and adding new features which allows us to create a stronger community of loyal customers.

Switched to Okendo about a year ago as a test site, and the results are amazing. Works seamlessly, sends customers coupons for pictures and videos in their reviews... Pricing is extremely competitive to the big boys. Loved working with Matt and his team. Love this app! It has all the functionality you would want or need with a review app and it's so easy to use and customize. The customer service team has been such a huge help. Highly recommend!

I use this app and it works really well. Customer service is excellent, the team go above and beyond to help with any custom work we ask for. Layout of the review widgets is fast and easy to use. Would happily recommend this app to anyone. Have used many other review apps in the past and none of them perform as well as this. Our reviews and user generated content numbers have jumped up significantly since switching over from another review app.

By far the best Review app available in or outside of Shopify App store. Price, service, design, and functionally are the best we've seen. The value is incredible. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants to ramp up revenue and double down on their Shopify Store.

We used an established Shopify Review Platform for about 12 months before trying Okendo. Then we were forced to upgrade our version to include customer photo reviews which increased the price of the competitor platform exponentially. The feature upgrade was not seamless and I was very disappointed with their (YotPo's) new pricing and we were not really developing a great review platform as we desired and were ready to go back to standard Shopify reviews. The move to Okendo has been fantastic. Their integration with Shopify is seamless, the ease to install and configure the review system and most importantly price cannot be matched. The ability to configure reviews specifically to suit our business has been fantastic and a real differentiator vs. our competitors (until they started using same and copied!!). We have Okendo integrated with Smile.IO (our loyalty program) - and this has smoothed how we reward our customers for reviews. Overall it is has been running for years now without a problem, support is quick and they are always evolving. Importantly, we have not experienced a price gauge from Okendo and they have for most part our original pricing & features which is admirable. We are about to integrate with Omnisend - will see how this goes but hoping it adds even more value.
