Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Very helpful team. Even when I couldn't customize the review in the app due to the plan I was on, they helped me edit the CSS to style the widget!

From excellent customer service, frequent updates and an easy to use interface, Okendo does it all. I am beyond happy with this platform and would highly recommend. As we used the app in a different way compared to the traditional implementation, the team jumped in to help customise the platform to best suit our needs. If you don't use Okendo, you're missing out!

We moved over from a different reviews platform to Okendo. The migration was smooth and easy with the help of the team at Okendo. We love that we were able to add in a Q&A section and collect UGC.

The Okendo app provides the insights, flexibility and tools needed to get our consumers feedback through copy, photos and videos surrounding our products. This has been a game changer and helps us to continue to build deeper, more engaged relationships with our consumers.

Customer service is fantastic. I had a call with a member from their team to discuss which template would look best on more store & it was implemented without a hiccup. The reviews look clean & are super easy to use. My first experience was with Yotpo & Okendo is without a doubt a better system. 5 stars.

The app is user friendly, easy to pick up, and use. Works fine with other apps making the job done smoothly. The customer service is excellent.
