Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Okendo makes this so easy to onboard and start getting reviews. We couldn't be more happy! Would highly recommend them - especially for the price!

The plugin is very useful just by itself but with the customer support team, the experience is just awesome! They helped us through every single step with every detail. The system is also very friendly including the wide-range customizations. Huge thanks to the team for the product and help!

An agile and powerful review platform that has allowed us to get a lot more value out of reviews. They get bonus points for having an attentive and helpful team to assist in the transition.

Mar. 2, 2022 - New adition to my previous review below - We had a design request that we had to submit a ticket for. The communication from the team at Okendo was super fast and helpful. Our service ticket passed through a few team members over their shift changes, but no one dropped the ball, and all involved were AWESOM! So impressed with the responsiveness and overall service by the team at Okendo. AMAZING onboarding and customer service! Thank you Allison for the over and above care and attention! Phenomenal service thus far. Would highly recommend.
