Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

We are LOVING our experience with Okendo. This app is so robust and the widgets look gorgeous on our site. We had excellent service from our customer success manager, Amanda, during the onboarding process. We never had to wait long for her response and always got our questions answered with expert knowledge. Highly recommend.

So far it's great! Just completed the onboarding recently, and i'm happy. Love that it's integrated to Gorgias and Klaviyo - this is a huge advantage. Also, having full access to CSS is great and not something I had with other review apps. Special thanks to Alannah Donald who was absolutely helpful in the process. Also, the dev team quickly helped me out and fixed a few glitches I had integrating the app.

Fantastic app with fantastic customer service! The reviews widgets spruce up our site and to be able to sync our reviews with FB/IG is great. I hope that syndication with TikTok is added soon but they are always making changes and it is easy enough to import them manually.
