Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

I'm really new at having a Shopify store and this app, but I've already gotten sales just doing a not so glamourous email & a couple of auto senders. That's HUGE!

wow, I downloaded this 30 minutes ago and already have an email out to my customers advising them of a special discount that ends on Friday. The templates are basic and clean which is good as that's is really all you need for email marketing. I loved how fast I could create links to products on my website, with the app pulling in the image price description etc. It was so simple to use, I'm absolutely thrilled!!!

really like to use it. It is keep getting improved and is easier to use. But the price is a little bit high. The customer service responds quickly and is helpful. The representative Salma is able to provide a solution to me in a professional way.

I've been a client of Omnisend for years. I LOVE the design templates, very easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend.

Really easy solution to the Mailchimp disconnect debacle. Tried to do a 3rd party link - super confusing. Omnisend was very easy use!

I love Omnisend. I find it very user friendly (knowing of course there is always a learning curve when you try something new though)...and their customer service is amazing. I have two companies and have used Omni for my main one for a while now....my developer for my other one tried to get me to use Mailchimp ....it was awful in comparison and I quickly switched. I much prefer Omnisend and highly recommend it.

Definitely impressed with the new features, templates, and builders they've rolled out recently. TBH, it has some limitations, but I love the support team. I can email anytime I have a question and get a response instead of browsing google articles for answers that don't always work. Not all support is the same, but have had great experiences with Baarath. Thanks for the help!

I just started using this app and it was exactly what I was looking for. It's so easy to use and it has so many valuable options. You can drag and drop whatever sections you like and edit them in many ways, and you get all kinds of statistics.

One point of improvement: it seems to randomly change the width of the email on mobile. Sometimes it's 100% (like you'd want), sometimes about 70%, and sometimes 50%. This is strange because I've found it happens randomly, even though the email is the same. I'm not completely sure whether it's because of my phone's email app or because of Omnisend, which is why I am still happy to give it a 5-star review.
