The app was very user friendly and literally took less than 5 minutes to complete the setup. I like that it provided step by step directions throughout the process.

Out of all the emailing and campaigning apps I have tried, this is certainly one of the best and easiest to use. You can send beautiful emails automatically to customers and potential customers.

I am extremely impressed with Omnisend, even though I'm a website designer I have no experience with Shopify, so this is my first Shopify store. I was really dreading the back-end stuff like email automations, but setting up Omnisend was sooo easy! It took me literally less than an hour to configure and design every workflow and automation emails, which look amazing!

I also had a positive experience with the support team member called Kayque, I used the live chat at like 1 am and was given advice within 5 mins. He also checked up on me the next day to make sure I was good, which is probably the first time that has happened with any service. So overall super impressed with Omnisend, and I'm very comfortable with interface already, looking forward to growing my business with Omnisend.

So here's the thing. I'm new to all of this in a way and Omnisend is amazing to use. It's simple and it does what it says it will do.
