I've just done my first send with Omnisend. It's early days for me to say how good the platform is, but it seems very intuitive. I've faced a number of challenges getting up and running and have found the online chat support to be excellent. I've been in touch with various members of the support team and all have been knowledgable and have taken ownership of problems if they have been unable to resolve them immediately. Olesia and Sila have been particularly helpful.
Beran from Omnisend provided incredible support and guidance on the queries I had. Appreciate Omnisend's support team and the great lengths they go to support their customers.

Easy to use tool, great customer support. My product-based business has really embraced email marketing, and the ease of using Omnisend is a big part of that. Any time I've had a question, the team is very responsive and provides high-quality support. Olesia helped me with a billing question in record time, and this is consistent with all my interactions with the Omnisend crew.

We love Omnisend as a team. They give us the ability to use emails in an appropriate way. Sıla is the most comprehensive support member, thank you so much for their support to e-commerce stores. Omnisend is our only choice :)

I left Klaviyo because it was too complicated and expensive. Omnisend has simplified the somewhat arduous task of being successful at email campaigns and presents it in a seamless package that works perfectly inside of Shopify. I’m extremely pleased with the templates and ease of use.
I've just started using Omnisend as a marketing tool. I had issues with my subscriber pop up. Not knowing at the time it was due to operator error. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support. They were very responsive. Kayque was especially helpful and patient with helping me. It was a positive experience. Thank you!
