I've updated my review to 4 stars. After all Omnisend proved that they value every customer and make every effort to find a solution for customer's needs. Despite all the problems we had - they made a lot of effort to fix it. Really appreciated.

Thanks for taking time to write this review. Actually, we have not changed the pricing or the feature set each pricing plan has since you started using Omnisend in September. The price increase your account has experienced is solely related to the huge increase of your subscriber list - from 2900 subscribers to 22100 subscribers.
We truly understand that learning a new tool takes time and we don't want to lose you, so no worries, we will happily find the best solution to meet your needs, our support team is already reaching out to you about this situation.
On a quick note, Omnisend has a lot more to offer than Privy, we offer SMS service; advanced automation flows, such as cart, browse and product abandonment, contact enters/exits the segment flow and more; other channels and complex segmentation to target your customers - so a lot more benefits in just one app!

Excellent app and great responsive support that is very knowledgeable. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to EVERYONE on their support team and their manager! I had a very ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING situation and they were all very patient and supportive and helping to resolve the issue that I had. I RECOMMEND this company because they are willing to work with you and help you get the best experience out of their product.

Switched over to Omnisend after MailChimp stopped working with Shopify. I am really impressed with the platform and the ability to customize the template.
Omnisend is super simple to use and yields fantastic results. The ability to add a pop-up to your store to get new subscribers is priceless. If you throw in a coupon for your store on sign-up the conversion rate is pretty great! The analytics are fantastic, and the user interface is very easy to use. It pays for itself each month in a fraction one newsletter/campaign.
I've been using this app for a few months and it's great! There's good tutorials to get you started, but I also found the interface to be pretty intuitive. I needed customer support today and Salma was super helpful and I had the fix I needed within moments!
