Good day! I've uninstalled this app about a month ago! Why are you still charging my money! Plz contact me asap

charged me 10 usd at first month, and 105 usd at second month , unbelievable

I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH MAILCHIMP
I migrated to this app when they stopped the shopify integration and now SO MANY of my subscribers don't get the emails and these are subscribers who even put our emails in their VIP list. Not only do they not get the emails but they don't even go to their JUNK OR SPAM
HORRIBLE AND THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES AND THE SUPPORT HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX IT - DO NOT GET THIS APP - ALSO I ONLY SEND ABOUT 1 EMAIL PER WEEK (not everyday like some websites)

A strange issue started occuring on this app from May 19 which I reported to the Team on June 2nd. Issue as follows - Contacts from Shopify does not sync properly. Email as separate contact, phone number with my country code as separate contact, same phone number with different code (+1) as separate contact, same phone number without country code as separate contact. It's been 30 days and there has been no solution. And I already paid for July. They are blaming it on checkout customization, unfortunately there is none. Also because of this, the contact list keeps piling up and I have to pay more. But it also shows to clean up the list. Again, I have to pay for cleaning. If not cleaned, the campaigns can't be sent. I can't delete or make changes because the so called support team asked me to keep it so they can "investigate". Yet no response or resolution. Reaching out to them every 2 working days, where they assign me to different agents even on shopify ticket or say something that doesn't resolve the problem and ask for more time only. When asked about why I had to pay when I can't do anything with this app, they simply said Freeze it or cancel subscription. This can never get worse with them. PS: It's my 4th year with them and that's how they treat their customers.
I recently transferred domain and migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify! And had a lot of doubts, questions, and sync issues on my account! This was smoothly resolved by the Team. They were very quick in responding as well as executing! Especially Beran from their team! I must say, he kept the thread open, followed up on the queries, and resolved it over 2 days! You are rocking team! 3years with Omnisend and counting!

I wish we can give 0 stars here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the best app to waste money. They promise Unli email on the pro plan, but it's really capped. The customer rep doesn't even know what their job is. They promise 24/7 support but it's really only Monday to Friday. 7 days before your billing you won't be able to send an email campaign unless you pay an extra 50 USD. They're also be charging you more than what you can send. THIS IS A SCAM APP.

The price guide is misleading you!
They charged on how many subscribers you have!
Not how many emails you sent! Doesn't matter you use them or not!
I have 18k subscribes but only sent email to 6k of them
I sent ZERO email in Dec, i got charged $150 USD.
I sent send 1 email in Jan, i got charged $150 USD.
I sent ZERO email in Feb, i got charged $190 USD.
Another misleading information they gave me is:
My account on the top right menu is always showing as a Standard Plan, and on their website, the standard plan it was showing $60 a month, so I thought this is what I'm paying for.
but after I realize the overpay issue and contact support, I went to my account profile page, it shows Standard Plan $190 a month.
this company doesn't give you any direct phone number for support, as I would imagine how many complaints they would receive by using this dishonest & fraud method to getting more money from their customer.
We are terribly sorry, that our pricing was not clear to you from the beginning. We stay open about how we calculate prices, and that it is entirely based on the number of subscribers you have. All customers have a possibility to reach the pricing page on our website and check their prices regularly.

It was original 2000 emails every day and around 15000 emails per month for free plan I subscribed and now changed to 500 emails per month. Really not appreciated.

Indeed, our Free plan has been updated recently. Omnisend clients may now use all email marketing capabilities for free, including email automations, forms, push notifications, pop-ups, wheel of fortune forms, and more. Monthly, you can now send up to 500 emails and 60 international SMS to 250 contacts. This change ensures that Free clients get the most out of Omnisend without having to pay extra for SMS or emails.
Extremley poor support. Would avoid using as they create a lot of unnecessary work.
Block your mailing list if you have any inactive contacts in it.
I am not sure why all the hype. I personally had the worst experience ever after switching from MailChimp, or rather trying to switch. The customer service is nonexistent, that's how unresponsive they are. I had a simple problem and after their initial suggestion I had to wait for two days didn't work, the support simply disappeared - NO ANSWER at all. Basically the app is way worse than MailChimp, there is no obvious way to set up any other account access, every person on your store has their own account and can screw things up from their free account with no way to fix it from yours, you have to keep switching between to find out who did what if the staff is not admitting it. It's simply atrocious so far and ever so clunky. I haven't tried to send anything yet and not sure I want to, after this initial clusterwhatever.

As for the user right management, we truly appreciate your feedback. The team is currently working on this feature to ensure you have a possibility to differentiate what information might be visible for a particular user and empower the right person for your account. We expect to release this new feature very soon, by the end of Q2!
Cannot even get their own Reactivation Automated Reactivation Campaigns going. Two months and still not anywhere nearer getting this resolved....I cannot really recommend them and would actually move to Klaviyo. PLUS they themselves don't know how their system works AND even worse, they overcharge you so watch your bills!!! PS: And to answer to their reply - AFTER several months and continuous pushing they made it finally work. It is NOT beginner friendly, not logical at all and if you have one tag wrong the whole campaign isn't working. So thanks for your very useless reply to my review. totally appreciate you have wasted hours of my life I could have happily invested into something else more productive.
