Absolutes Must-Have für jeden Shopify-Store – hocheffizient und intuitiv!

Als Betreiber eines spezialisierten Online-Shops habe ich nach einer E-Mail-Marketing-Lösung gesucht, die nicht nur mächtig ist, sondern sich auch nahtlos und unkompliziert in Shopify integrieren lässt. Mit Omnisend habe ich genau das gefunden – und meine Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen.

Die Integration läuft absolut reibungslos. Das Erstellen von Newslettern und automatisierten Flows (wie Warenkorb-Abbrechern oder Willkommens-Serien) ist extrem intuitiv und spart im Alltag unglaublich viel Zeit. Besonders die Performance der Kampagnen-Booster und die Segmentierungsmöglichkeiten haben unseren Umsatz spürbar angekurbelt.

Für mich ist Omnisend aus Überzeugung ein erstklassiges Programm, das ich jedem Shopify-Händler ohne Einschränkung empfehlen kann. Fünf wohlverdiente Sterne!

I’m looking to switch from Shopify Email to Omnisend, but it seems that Omnisend is also working quite unusually and is not very stable. I was only setting up a new account, but then I received a notification saying that my account had been blocked.

When I contacted support, the response was slow, and I was only sent a list of questions to answer, without much guidance or assistance. This should not happen on a platform that is relatively large and well-established.

A few years ago I left a 5-star review. But now Omnisend, like so many other companies, has decided that customer service is getting in the way of their profits.

I've been dealing with a bug in their software for weeks now. When I edit a product description in a campaign the cursor jumps around so it's like playing "whack a mole." Very frustrating.

They say they understand my frustration and appreciate my patience. But since I contacted them on June 12th and it's now July 4th my patience is at an end.

Very disappointed.

Apparently Omnisend is paying attention to these reviews because the day after I posted it with one star the problem was fixed.
