Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Here at www.babygiftworks.com.au we love it! I have only used it once so far but can't wait to use it some more. So simple to design a gorgeous looking newsletter. I have tried a few newsletter apps in the past and this is the best looking result. The reporting has some unique, very helpful aspects as well. I wait with excitement for some of the coming features.

The customer support is not only thorough and comprehensive but very prompt and courteous. You can ask them anything under the sun from workflows to forms to campaigns and they'll have your back all the way through. Kristina especially has been a tremendous help! Thank you omnisend.

Great app, the team develops it all the time! Customer support is quick and the people are very understanding! Recently I had a request which was processed by Matija, Nikola, and Diego in an accurate way, providing a lot of useful information and explaining different options very well. The communication was very smooth.

I have just started playing around with Omnisend and so far really like it. I had a couple problems (that ended up being so simple) at the start and customer service was incredible, Karine was so helpful.

Had a few minor issues with it but support always are there to help quickly. Spoke to Salma this morning and had a response straight away which answered my query and provided me with all the info I needed.

Stop looking for other tools. You will not find a better one with better designs, editor, sequences, pricing, and options. The best email marketing tool for Shopify!
