I am fairly new to Omnisend, but I am already loving it. I have used Mailchimp for many many years so was quite disappointed when they decided to split with Shopify. I installed another app that would allow me to continue to sync my customer and ecommmerce information between Shopify and Mailchimp, but it just seemed like an unnecessary workaround that wasn't really ideal. I installed Omnisend and gave it a couple of months to make sure my data was all in fact syncing properly. Recently, as I was convinced I wouldn't lose all of my valuable data, I pulled the cord on Mailchimp and the bridge app and went 100% to Omnisend. I haven't had any regrets yet. I have contacted support twice to help with some minor details, and both times they were prompt, friendly and VERY helpful. The campaign templates are easy to build out, the automation is seamless, and the reporting and segmentation are already proving to be invaluable. I am looking forward to learning what more I can do with this powerful tool.

Absolutely love it. Far better than Mailchimp or any others I've tried (and I've tried them all...) The app is super easy to use and navigate. The automation set up is intuitive and a breeze. The support is super responsive and A1. Highly recommend.

I used the app to leverage email campaigns. It's a very seamless experience. Very easy to use and very well thought out features. Love the segment and tags features.

Billing info is a little confusing, as all functionality is available to use. Don't know which feature will lead me to a charge and which don't. I will wait for billing to understand my usage.
