I was so grateful that Dilara was able to help me with the edits I needed to make. I am new to building my website and was so lost but she saved the day! Her video explanation was so incredibly helpful! Fast and thorough customer service!! I’m impressed.
I have had a great experience with Omnisend and any time I have come across a challenge the customer service team have been fantastic. Quick responses, polite and patient. Particularly grateful for Beran's help with an issue. It is reassuring to know there is help at help if you need it.
Great product features, engaging templates, user friendly. automations are great. Quick adds help you put together emails very fast.
