I am extremely impressed with Omnisend, even though I'm a website designer I have no experience with Shopify, so this is my first Shopify store. I was really dreading the back-end stuff like email automations, but setting up Omnisend was sooo easy! It took me literally less than an hour to configure and design every workflow and automation emails, which look amazing!
I also had a positive experience with the support team member called Kayque, I used the live chat at like 1 am and was given advice within 5 mins. He also checked up on me the next day to make sure I was good, which is probably the first time that has happened with any service. So overall super impressed with Omnisend, and I'm very comfortable with interface already, looking forward to growing my business with Omnisend.
We have been using Omnisend for years now for our ecommerce store. We are very pleased with the email design, segmentation, automation capabilities and what's more they also have an excellent customer service. Most recently I needed to reach out to their customer support team regarding a new form I was building and Maria was an absolute superstar to answer all my questions in no time.
Omnisend is a superb app. Incredibly flexible and complete. Their support is stellar! My account was hacked and Maria helped me gain control of it immediately. Thank you, Maria! --- months later, once again Omnisend came through with more stellar support. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Thank you, Sila!
Beran was very responsive, he always responds in less than 30 minutes and ensures that your problem is resolved as quickly as possible and that you do not need anything else.

Definitely my favorite email marketing app and I've tried Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Privyy, Beehive, you name it. Easy to use and gets results everytime. Also their support team is amazing.
Karine helped us troubleshoot our first campaign, even provided step to step instruction on how to fix discount block, very quick response. Augstin helped in another shift for email campaign testing and finalizing. Very helpful team, both are fast and helped us in details to solve the issues. Thank you!
I had Karine help me today. Fantastic job, the app had been set up (by me wrongly) but sending out a discount code I didn't want or couldn't find. She went to work and found exactly the source to enable me to change it! Absolutely fantastic job so glad to have this company onboard with my shop
SO much better than other platforms I have used in the past. We switched to Omnisend Feb of 2023 and our email sales and open rates have gone up exponentially. Super user friendly, quick & helpful customer service. I do wish that you got more reporting features/metrics in the basic version without having to upgrade to pro but overall very satisfied!
