Highly recommend this for companies who are looking for a better alternative to MailChimp. Transitioned from mail chimp to Omnisend and it has been extremely user-friendly and provides more flexibility. Easy to build emails and newsletters with a variety of design options available. Automated and segmented emails made very easy to construct.

One of the best, most valuable apps I've added to my store. It takes a lot of work off my hands and has in return boosted my sales dramatically. I'm so incredibly happy with what Soundest does for my business. The thing I've love the most is the customisation for every single email. Each one really reflects my business. The best we have found. Setup is well documented and very helpful. We had quite a few older emails addresses and they were helpful suggesting processes to clean the list up. There is a bit of a learning curve to get started but support is immediate. After the first run we saved the template and then modified subsequent campaigns. From there we added additional projects. Now our next campaign takes about 20 minute to create. Response in immediate. Boosters are a great idea and we almost always get additional business from them. We have tried others but Omnisend is a keeper.

I used this app to help me create my newsletter buy it does much more. I have automated email responses for my customers interactions with my site. I get the feeling now that no visit to my store slips through the cracks.
