ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, THE BEST EMAIL/SMS PLATFORM OUT THERE! KLAVIYO CAN SUCC IT!

The pricing at Omnisend is amazing, their 24-hr live support is stellar, and the deep, deep integration with Shopify is amazing. So happy to have found Omnisend. Klaviyo was literally burning our money and kept raising their prices, and provided worse and worse service.

I am so happy we made the switch. You will too!

Omnisend has been a great pal to all the stores I have created so far and also the ones I will create in the future.

It simply has all the features you would want to need, and the price is reasonably firm, unlike other competitors who might pump a little more for the same things.

One thing is for sure though, I'm really happy with the chat support, which always offers me good solutions to solve my problems, plus, is available at almost any time. A special mention to Didem who assisted me in my most recent case and who convinced me to write this positive review. Thank you :)

Wouldn't refund me after 2 hours into the subscription and no functions were used. Customer service refuses to contact me.

However, as per your request, I would like to inform you that a refund was issued on July 5. You should see the funds transferred to your bank account within 5 to 10 days.

This is a scam company with fake pricing, and the monthly package fees will increase by themselves.

After investigating the issue, we noticed that you currently don’t have any active plans under your account, though it’s possible that one of your other brands may have an active subscription. We’ve reviewed the following stores: Ctronics, de.ctronics, uk.ctronics, and fr.xega - where reviews were posted, but we couldn’t locate the specific charge mentioned.

We’d like to better understand which pricing you are referring to, as we haven’t been able to identify such a change. Our senior support specialist has reached out to you directly to help identify which store has experienced the price increase and to locate the conversation where you requested a refund, as we were unable to find any record of it.

We want to reassure you that our pricing structure is fully transparent and adjusts based on the number of billable contacts in your account. As the number of contacts increases, the monthly fee adjusts accordingly. On the other hand, if the number of billable contacts decreases, so does the pricing.
