My experience with Omnisend has been amazing! Customer service operator Matija was super helpful and very fast to response! highly recommend this app!
so i just added this app, can't give 5 stars yet, as I'm not sure how it will help me, customer service has been great as somethings got a little confusing for a person who doesn't have great computer skills., you need to be patient in figuring out your template and design . overall so far so good!

Just created my first campaign and it was very easy and professional excited to see the results of the campaign.
Just sent my 1st campaign and I absolutely loved it. The entire application is so user friendly. Super excited to create another one.
This is a good app, it is fairly easy to understand if you spend some time watching the videos and the app is fairly intuitive. The only objection I have is that the email does not come directly from my business, instead the customer will see our business name + the omnisenddiv.com and gmail categorizes at as "spoofed email."

We have a feature called custom domains that will allow you to configure the sender domain for your store.
Please keep in mind that omnitestdlv.com is your current test sender domain, and it is not used for campaigns or automations.

As a newcomer to this form of marketing id been putting it off for some time. Used this app and whilst I have nothing to compare it to, I found it to be very easy to use, straightforward and effective. Planning my next email marketing campaign already. Thanks!
seems very easy to use so far while all other apps have way too many moving parts and information overload...
I have used this app for over a year, paid on time, had no problems using it. But when I mistakenly switched to pricing plan PRO and paid for it, there was no refund or even an explanation. After such disappointment in working with this company, I canceled my subscription. Do not recommend this company !!!
