I am a beginner with Email marketing and ran into some issues during initial setup. Specifically, domain setup. I contacted my domain provider who was not helpful. I then contacted Omnisend themselves through the Chat option and Dilara was extremely knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue getting my domain verified very quickly. I have tried multiple email services, but this one so far is the best customer support, and I love that it includes SMS. It integrates easily, and the features are awesome. I used to have multiple apps for various features I wanted on my website, but this one has everything. Customizing is also simple, and scheduling is easy, which is one thing I was looking for!
