My favorite thing about his app is the excellent customer support. The OS staff is very knowledgeable and works tirelessly day and night to answer my random and technical questions - all with an amazing attitude of service. I want to give a shoutout to some of these excellent support staff who have helped me many, many times: Agustin, Luiz, Diego, Sila, Didem, and Maria. Thank you for all your help.

Omnisend's customer service is amazing!! They are there 24/7 and respond so quickly. Karine was totally awesome and helped me with a few of my issues and I'm close to finishing my welcome series now... yay!!

Talk about fortuitous! Without the Mailchimp/Shopify separation, I would never have found Omnisend. I absolutely love it, it's professional and there are so many options in all areas for my business.
