Luiz from Omnisend did an amazing job helping me navigate the new rules in order to keep up-to-date with email best practices. When I was having an issue verifying my SPF TXT update in the domains section through the Shopify platform, he checked in to make sure I was able to figure it out. Thanks!

This app has been so great for email marketing - for someone who is not the most tech savvy, the setup is seamless and makes creating campaigns and automations a breeze. I recently had a difficult time transitioning to a custom domain, but customer service was quick and ready to help. Beran was wonderful with helping step by step to fix this issue and was so kind and patient. I’m so glad to have omnisend for my business.

My favorite thing about his app is the excellent customer support. The OS staff is very knowledgeable and works tirelessly day and night to answer my random and technical questions - all with an amazing attitude of service. I want to give a shoutout to some of these excellent support staff who have helped me many, many times: Agustin, Luiz, Diego, Sila, Didem, and Maria. Thank you for all your help.

I have been using Omnisend for a few months only and I really enjoyed creating email campaigns on it. I needed some help today about "Sender Domains" and sent them an email. Beran immediately answered me with clear instructions, while being very patient and polite. I followed all the steps he guided me through until the problem was solved. I am pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and how smoothly the issue was fixed. Thank you!

Karine was super quick and helpful to resolve some issue we were having with the new email rules. We needed to get out an email campaign that day and had the issue resolved within minutes. Perfect customer service.

Their customer service is exceptional - very fast, attentive, and kind (I had Beran helping me). There are lots of services and platforms out there but it's hard to get a good customer service these days. So I do appreciate them.

First, I think the Omnisend platform is robust and easy to use. I especially appreciate that what I design on the backend is generally what I see in the emails.

Second, the customer service is outstanding. I spoke with Eduarda, Agustin, and Maria -- and all of them were great. Agustin, in particular, was very responsive.

This company truly wants to be great, and it shows. Highly recommend!
