EXCELLENT Support via chat app, Eduarda helped me solve a huge problem with ease. I use this app for all of my customer interaction emails. Easy to use and custom templates can be saved to help maintain your brand image.

The app is very easy to use, lots of options, even if you are not experienced with making newsletters, you will be able to learn how to make the most fabulous newsletter campaigns.
The customer service chat is very supportive. I have contacted them so many times because I was not familiar with so many things and didn't know what to do, but they have always been very patient and supportive. Thank you Mariia for your kind assistance and excellent advice.

Omnisend is a decent email platform—less intuitive and feature-rich than Klaviyo, but it gets the job done. However, pricing changes have made it far less appealing. They charge for all contacts, even if they’re not subscribed to email or SMS.
Essentially, you’ll be billed for anyone who has interacted with your site, regardless of whether they opted into communications. In our case, we were only emailing ~ 30% of the contacts we were being charged for—effectively doubling our costs just for them to store a simple list of our customers and people who abandoned cart. Their pricing structure feels unreasonable, and when we raised concerns, their response was dismissive.
We’re planning to switch platforms once our migration plan is ready. It’s unfortunate because Omnisend had potential, but their pricing strategy makes it hard to justify staying.

To address your concern, Omnisend bills for both subscribers and non-subscribers but not for unsubscribed contacts. Non-subscribers are individuals who have interacted with your store — whether through making a purchase, abandoning a cart, or creating an account — but have never subscribed to marketing communications. While you can't send promotional emails to them, they remain eligible for most automated messages that help drive engagement and revenue.

I'll admit I was frustrated after getting an email about issues with my sender domain. I was sure that I had updated the settings and if it was still wrong, I didn't know why. Saleh with support offered to take a look and after reviewing the screen shot I sent, they guided me to exactly what next steps to take. I completed the updates successfully and felt really good at the support I got. Omnisend is responsive and super helpful! Saleh was professional and a wonderful help.

I have tried multiple email services, but this one so far is the best customer support, and I love that it includes SMS. It integrates easily, and the features are awesome. I used to have multiple apps for various features I wanted on my website, but this one has everything. Customizing is also simple, and scheduling is easy, which is one thing I was looking for!

Great support - didn't need it for any issue with the software just to check over an automation I had setup to make sure it was correct. They went above and beyond to help me fix an issue I had with it and get it working.
I'd say this is really great value for what you get.

We have some DNS issues, but support team menbers(especialy Ms.Sanya) were very kindly and taught me how to set up for this.
Because we are using Japanese host provider and I dont have any knowledge. Then I think they are not easy to check this time.
But finally issues are cleared!
