I was looking for a replacement for MailChimp and have been pleasantly surprised finding a more robust solution in Omnisend. It met my needs immediately and has several tools available as my business grows.
The pricing structure was also a big reason for trying Omnisend. I am just starting with my online store so getting a marketing tool like Omnisend really helps a self-funded start up.
Testing Omnisend with the 14 day free trial has given me the confidence that I've chosen the right email marketing solution. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Omnisend.
Great APP and has so many options. It makes our brand look very professional. Price is broken down depending on amount of subscribers.
I use Omnisend for emails and sometimes there are certain doubts and urgent clarifications. The Omnisend support team is very prompt in their response, especially Olesia and Nikola. They are very patient and adept. They elaborate every detail and go out of their way to help. Thanks.
Been on Omnisend several months now after using Shopify's native email campaigns. I sometimes get lost in the weeds since Omnisend is so much more powerful, but patient support personnel like Luiz makes it easy to understand!

Omnisend has been amazing! I previously used an email marketing app that is no longer available on Shopify and I'm so glad I was forced to look for another soluion! Omnisend has allowed me to create entirely more professional looking email campaigns. I love their templates and customization.
Omnisend is probably easier than mailchimp. I was sad to know mailchimp was not being supportive anymore; however, I will never look back after trying Omnisend.
