Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

So I've tried around 6 other sms and email marketing apps and at least for me they were difficult to use and hard to understand. What I like most about the platform is the drag-and-drop features. ur able to easily create email and sms workflows

The customer service provided by Omnisend is terrible. I can't recommend this expensive app to anyone. It's not that feature rich and when it started randomly generating discount codes, Valerie at Omnisend couldn't have been any less interested in providing support, instead insisting that I must have the discount code block enabled in a campaign (it wasn't) and not spending any time to understand what the actual issue was. Tried to first fob me off on to Shopify then reluctantly said she would try and speak to the tech team to see if it was "possible to investigate the issue". When I report an issue or have a concern as a paying customer, I expect it to be investigated without question and not with disinterest. Asked how I escalate my complaint and surprise, surprise, they don't even have an escalation process.

Just used the email marketing tool. Real ease to use and does most of the work for you. So far so good. Highly recommend!

It was quick and easy to use. The only down side was that I couldn't (as far as I could tell) add in emails from my customers who order from me off-site.

We switched from Mailchimp to Omnisend. Best decision we could have made. The drag and drop features for creating new emails and we really like the menu features to add links. Highly recommend. It's very user friendly.

Very very good! Clear and complete!

Very easy to use and excellent support (special thanks to Nikola and Daryna!). We were able to easily create automations and nice email templates. The only thing we are missing is some better newsletter popup layouts and customization, they look too old style so we had to use our own custom form for lead gen.

I used the app to help me create a welcome email to my new subscribers and it is easy to use, with lots of tutorials. The omnisend team was really helpful too, an answered my questions immediately and solved the problem I was having.

Just started with Omnisend today. Very easy to use. This will be fun and very useful. Takes some of the guess work out of using an app.
