Omnisend Support Help, with Specialist Beran, Deserves 5 Stars!
I recently had a fantastic experience with Omnisend's support, thanks to Specialist Beran. Their response time was quick, and their expertise was outstanding. Beran not only solved my issue but took the time to ensure I understood the solution. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. It ain't pretty, but it works. Super good segmenting, reporting, campaigns, and automations. It's not as elegant looking as Drip, but it' actually better. I tried both, and canceled Drip. Solid.

Changed the plan and increased my tier fee automaticly but without any notification! I have paid more and they refuse to give me the refund!
