I love this app! I just got help through the live chat and Trish was so very patient with me. She set up my popup coupon and email & SMS automation. I had both ONE and Omnisend and was deciding on which to keep and which to delete and ONE wins hands down! I've been struggling with Omnisend for weeks and because they don't have a live chat option, I have had a hard time and worried about getting my store launched in time but thanks to Trish, my page will now look professional and ready to maximize profits. This company is amazing!! I can not believe they offer so many things for free! Everything you need is right here in one place too! They will also help you and LISTEN to what you need to make your pop-ups etc. better. They are available on chat and will also do a zoom meeting with you so that you can understand things better. I highly recommend this app! Customer service is 5 stars : )

I've tried so many "easy to use - increase your sales" apps but many don't live up to the hype. The minute I requested help in the chat, a customer service agent helped, provided best practice suggestions and even implemented them for me. It was so stressLESS!
