Pauline was an AWESOME help! I wanted to have more than one discount for my customers and Shopify doesn't allow it, so I thought the app would work for me, however, after quite some time of working at it, and then publishing the new wheel, Shopify wouldn't allow the new discount. My bad, but Pauline was great and helped me every step of the way!
Hi, in the last three days, all of our computer devices cannot open this application, and the situation when I try to uninstall it and install it again is same as before. May I ask how to solve this problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience, our system has a fraud detection system that monitors how many people and IP addresses are logging into your account. To prevent hacking we lock the account. I see you have several users that logged-in from different locations.

At first, I was just looking for a wheel spinner. This app has the most elegant one I've tried so far in addition to a number of other equally elegant widgets that compliment my customer engagement strategy. This has removed my need to pay for a dozen other apps. The customer support is excellent in helping get set up.

I used this app to create a campaign to add a pop up to my website. I was offered help right away by the support team. Trish was awesome! She was quick at helping me get my request done. My pop up was created with her help in a matter of a few minutes. I appreciate all her help and creative input! Highly recommend this app!!!

I used this app to create popups. I love the customer service. They were great in helping me with all my issues which wasnt much. She stayed until I was ok. Thank you.
The application itself is really good and the support is even better. Would recommend as it's a pretty solid one for its price.
Exploring the use of ONE and found Trish to be soooo helpful. We have a new store, only 3 months old, but i can see an increase in customer engagement thru the use of the popups and social proof....great work from Trish is really helping us get to the next level and increase our conversion rate.
