We have just starting using this app and it is fantastic ... very easy to use and navigate, and the support team are absolutely awesome! Their email responses are prompt and comprehensive, but via live chat they are even better - very helpful, patient and friendly (and available 24/7). They also offered to actually step us through setting up different automation features (if needed), so they are happy to give you their time to ensure you get the best results from the app. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Alright, I don't normally like to write reviews but the customer service on this app is AMAZING! You seriously won't find customer service like this anywhere else. They are super kind, they always go above and beyond and they always make sure that they solve your problem. I cannot think of any other company that does this. This app has the most elegant one I've tried so far in addition to a number of other equally elegant widgets that compliment my customer engagement strategy. This has removed my need to pay for a dozen other apps. The customer support is excellent in helping get set up.
