The app has some very useful features, and the additional plans are very fair priced for the extra functions and value they offer. The service is an experience on its own - they already have the answer ready before I even leave the question - and they will help you with about everything you ask! ONE is a complete marketing app platform for Shopify and even other Ecommerce platforms. We just join ONE for 2 days and created some emails & popups for testing, simple and easy to use (especially the customer support is super, 24 hours all human, and very acknowledgeable), and will continue to experience other features. For now, it's all FREE, and hope the company will come up with a reasonable price plan so all SMBs can benefit.
One of the best app for email marketing. Can be confusing sometimes but their team is fast, ready and one message away whenever you need help. love it.
