I'm in love with this app, very great customer service! They are still small and growing and highly suggest using them if you're looking for a subscription app.

Adriana was so helpful when I had questions about setting up my subscription box products for my customers. She hopped on the phone with me and answered all my questions and fixed the issues I was having. I am so excited to launch this new product to my customers using this app!

RepeatKit allows me to offer my customers a convenient delivery schedule coupled with a discount on my nutritional supplement store. Pricing as well as responsive customer support are great! Looking forward to some updates and added functionality soon. UPDATE: Unfortunately Shopify has removed my ability to use Shopify Payments because I'm selling fitness supplements. This makes the app non usable because they don't integrate with PayPal Payflow Pro. :( UPDATE 2: Adriana did a lot of leg work to find any way that I could still use their app. PayPal Express or Authorize dot net would work but unfortunately both are not really options for me right now. PayPal Express takes users away from my shop to PayPal which will affect conversion rate and Authorize dot net adds additional charges. Neither are exempt from Shopify's 1% tariff on using anything other than their gateway. If it was not my choice, Shopify should waive that fee. In any case, Adriana really tried to make it workable.

I used the app to set up my first subscription box service via Shopify, the customer service/help desk/tech help is amazing! I'm not so tech savvy and they went above and beyond to make sure my launch day was a success!

Adriana is super helpful with any questions, and even goes through your site to check you're using the app to the full extent and raises any ideas on how to improve usage. Can't wait to see even more features of this app once we launch the subscriptions and people start purchasing!

Awesome app! Helped me add subscriptions to my new site in a very simple way. No fuss and bells and whistles, it just did what I need it to do. Adriana was extremely helpful and basically helped me customize the app for my personal wishes. Couldn't have wished for a better experience, and that for a free app!!
