Jetti came in and replaced a large and cumbersome home grown system that previously had managed our drop-ship business. We found the Jetti team to be great partners. They were responsive and flexible. They worked through every issue with us, and the end result was a product that was able to support hundreds of merchants and tens of thousands of products. I would highly recommend working with this team.

Jon and the rest of the Jetti team are awesome to work with. Fast responses and they have an answer for pretty much everything. Honestly, very impressed with the software. It kind of felt like magic watching orders from our store show up in connected partner stores so seamlessly. The settings are immense and very detailed, so it can work exactly as you need it. I have already recommended it to a few other companies that are struggling to band-aid and superglue something like this together, Jetti has the full package.

We have been utilizing Jetti to automate our process with our vendors. The Jetti team has been an absolute pleasure to work with and they have made it extremely easy to setup the integration from Shopify to our vendor's solutions (such as Shippo, Shipstation, Squarespace, etc.) We highly recommend Jetti to anyone who is looking to streamline their process and have a great partner that will help them accomplish their goals. We on many occasions have provided feedback to the Jetti team and they have in a very prompt timeframe incorporated new integrations/features in their core product.

Great service and perfect for dropshipping stores. Jon and Amanda at Jetti walked me through the process and steps on the Jetti app to help me understand things which I initially didn't get, the service they provided was undoubtedly the best I've received on the whole Shopify platform! The app dashboard has a clean yet sophisticated look and is amazing to use with many features that would be useful to any Shopify store. From feature like white labelling, Creating shipping labels for you or your vendors, automated order notifications and payment runs, the list of things you can do with this software is endless. Jetti is by far the most enhanced software offering what it does. I would definitely recommend, they are great!

MY RECOMMENDATION? DO NOT EVEN INSTALL THIS APP
I only installed the app. Did not sign-up for a plan, did not make any set-ups, did not add any preferences. Nothing. Just installed on my shopify ecommerce. Worst thing I could have ever done.
After a week of having the app installed, I noticed that the app had been messing around with my stock.
For every order I was receiving on my store, the app was adding or subtracting inventory from the items purchased in a complete random way. Some orders were untouched, some orders was duplicating the items reducing twice the inventory of an item, in for other orders it was ADDING UP INVENTORY of the items purchased. Not all the items on an order were updated...some did, some not... completely random without any sense.
In summary. If I receive an order of items A and B, both with e.g. 5 units of inventory pre purchase, Shopify was reducing 1 unit of stock from each item (as it should do), then Onport removed one more unit of item A, but left item B inventory untouched. Leaving A with 3 of stock (whtn it should be 4) and B with 4(or even 5, since for some items it was adding up stock!!!) Why? Absolutely no idea... I just installed the app.
As a result: a total mess up of inventory in just a week.
I repeat, i did ONLY installed the app. Nothing else.
Solution? I had to manually check every single order and every single item purchased in my store during the last week and fix the mess that this app caused. Item by item.
