keep running into issues, so now the info typed in is not delivered to the store. Other times it did not even show up at the product. Been waiting to get help on this for 35 hours, only one respond with collab. request came back and since then, have not heard from them the last 20 hours. So really frustrating because I am supposed to have big time sales in the next couple days
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the app didn't work out for your use case. The issue was due to a compatibility limitation with Shopify Bundles, which we don't currently support.

Says it works with my (FLOW) theme but could not get it to work and contacted their support and they said it does NOT work with my theme! Wasted all that time for nothing!
Lots of bugs with this app and basically no support. I have been waiting for over 1 week and there has been no help whatsoever. Avoid this app!
The interface is great, but it does not work. I connected the personalization I did to a product and it simply does not show the options for it.
