Very quick to respond, (faster than another popular app I was previously using) they helped me fix my exact problem, quickly making sure it's exactly how I wanted it.

Honestly, even as a free app it was worth it. More than better than the other paid cart drawer apps I've used with way more free features. But recently, I upgraded to their advanced plan and the number of features that increased AOV and conversion was brilliant. For a price that most cart apps charge double or even triple for.

I normally don't write reviews but I had a request of an amended feature within the app and the service I received was above and beyond what I expected. Lulla was attentive to my request and asked the right questions to understand what I wanted and David, the Dev charged with assisting this request handled it perfectly.

the entire exchange was seamless and I came out with not just features that are more than worth the monthly price but also a custom experience.

Outstanding Support – Huge Thanks to Katie & Lulla!

The app itself is super intuitive and does exactly what it promises — but what really stood out to me today was the exceptional support. I had a few custom implementation questions and both Katie and Lulla went above and beyond to help. They were fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving my issue — not just giving a generic answer.

It’s rare to find support this good, and they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Massive shoutout to Katie & Lulla — you two are rockstars! ✨

I was just trying the free version to enable some upselling items directly in the cart drawer. And it works perfectly!

I had to change the app for my product optoins though, because mine (as most of available product options apps) was not compatible with Opus, leading to problems during checkout. I'm using the Avis Product Options App now, and this works perfectly together with Opus). Also, if you want to track the analytics to know how many upsells this app generates from your cart drawer, you have to accept that there is a property added to your upsold products that gets displayed on the customer order confirmation notification (email) etc. that looks like this: "__cd_opus_UpSell: xxxxxxx". Apparently, they can remove it for you, but then there is no way to track the number of upsells on the App's dashboard, which would be bad too. This is important to know and to inform yourself about beforehand.

Other than that, the support from the team, especially from LULLA during my European evening time, was an outstanding experience, really. I never experienced a customer success agent as motivated like her. I'm still amazed by her way to help me: She was not only reacting instantly, guiding me through some special settings that I overlooked at a first glance, but she also checked my shop's frontend on her own and came up with some great ideas for CSS coding to match the Opus Upsell Cart Drawer's look & feel with the rest of my shop (e.g., making the button's corners rounded, and applying the same font family as I have in my shop).

The crazy thing about it: I did not even ask for it! LULLA simply noticed this room for improvement on the fly, and she suggested to apply the needed CSS code. When I gladly accepted this idea, she implemented it within a single minute.

Honestly could not fault this app! Everything has been so easy to use and the setup is very clean. It lacks some small customisations if you are very picky but the support from the team has been out standing. From simple solutions to the developer customising our website. All of this is free aswell! still find that crazy. Will be a sad day once its finally a paid app but its quality so it makes sense. I have been working with Katie and dev Mia for some minor tweaks and they have been amazing. Truly appreciate the quick responses and turn around time for support.

We asked Lulla for a custom code on the cart and she immediately got the dev team on it. Super fast and helpful support, really appreciated, especially at this hour. Amazing experience!

For a free app, Opus may well be one of the best decisions we've made in developing our store. It is simple, customisable, and natively offers functionalities such as one-click shipping insurance and cross-sell recommendations without which we would require multiple additional paid apps.

It also has some of the best customer support we have experienced on this platform - swift, friendly, helpful, and most shockingly of all very cooperative with other app developers and prioritising making our site as best as it can be. A HUGE thanks to Katie, Lulla, Mia, Lucas and the Opus team for making this one of my favourite apps to use!

The customer service is EXCELLENT. Specifically Katie and Lulla who truly went above and beyond to help me. They both saw some inconsistencies in the design of my website and with my approval update the design to make it look better! At no charge!?!? I highly recommend using this app. The app is great and their customer service is even better.
