One major drawback of KakaClo is their inconsistent inventory syncing. There have been instances where my customers placed orders for items that were supposedly in stock, only to be informed later by KakaClo that the items were unavailable. It's frustrating and reflects poorly on their inventory management.

KakaClo's US warehouse option sounds great in theory, but in reality, it falls short. The limited selection and slow updates mean most products still ship from China. It's a bit misleading and doesn't quite live up to expectations.
Our US warehouse products update 1 time every 2-3 months. But we have more options in CN warehouse. Also we recommend that you can check our premium products with better quality and processing time: https://www.kakaclo.com/content/album/premium
At first I had some trouble figuring out how to set my pricing rules however the support agent Caroline was able to help me figure things out. She was very thorough and helpful in her responses, as well as replied in a timely manner. Thank you for your help!

"I've encountered some hurdles with KakaClo. Their U.S. warehouse selection is limited, and their offline marketing is almost non-existent. However, their Chinese warehouse updates regularly, and shipping is surprisingly speedy. The 24/7 live customer support is impressive, and their after-sales service always resolves my issues promptly.

We are dropshippers, we ordered an item from kakaclo and no-one gave us any update about the item being purchased since more than 3 months although the estimated delivery time is 16 days and item was in stock. We had an issue with the customer who ordered the item because of the bad delay.
If there is anyone had such same issue, please give us suggestions.

According to the tracking information, the package arrived at the Malaysian post office for collection on February 12th and was successfully delivered yesterday, April 8th. The reason for unsuccessful delivery could be due to address issues.
