I have used many dropship methods in the past and currently. I usually try to get ahold of the company to find out details, and most of the time it takes a while for them to get back to me, this was like they have someone on stand by to answer all your questions! I am super impressed! So far so good, they also stated the sizing is true to size (USA sizing). I am so excited to start to use this app. I will review again once someone purchases from this vendor. Great customer service!

Their customer service response when messaging them is GREAT but TOO MANY issues with everything always being sold out and not updating me on those items. Causing customers to order and pay for merch I ended up having to refund A WEEK LATER!! A week later? this order should've been half way shipped by then.

My experience with Kakaclo drop shipping.
At the beginning I didn’t know how to work with them, but I persevered because the options they offer is What goes with my market.
First I was frustrated and started to ask questions and they kindly answered to me.
Next I was explained their model of work and I had to adjust my expectation on how the system is set up on their side and so far so good
I have had very little disappointment on not been able to fulfill 100% of my orders.
I think we should accept that it is normal to have a few misses in every business and this one is not the exception.
Lately their service has improved a lot and they are always very kind at doing their best to get my orders fulfilled.
I do recommend them they are a great company!
Nick is one of my contacts at Kakaclo and Nancy was in the past, they have been very responsive to all my requests and all the rest of the team is also very responsive

When I placed an order for the first time on KakaClo, I found that the logistics was a bit slow. The second time I placed an order, the logistics was much faster. I saw that they have been improving and I am so happy about their change. They do improve and provide faster shipping.

This store has a lot to offer but the products don't match the description and the customer service is decent at best. Their inventory management is terrible. I've had to cancel several orders because they don't update their inventory as their products sellout. They wait until you pay to then tell you they don't have it. It was so bad that I had to remind them of an order that was pending because they said they had inventory to replace it and did not. Will be removing from my store ASAP.
