Order Automator

This app is a lifesaver. We started adding third-party dropshipper products to our store alongside products that we fulfill, and because limitations of Shopify we were going to have to manually click a "Send to fulfillment" button for each dropship order.. which is not a sustainable model when you've got lots of orders every day. This app automated that process for us! Worth every penny. I'd also like to shoutout to the dev/customer support team.. we use multiple apps by them and they are always quick to respond and very friendly. Love these guys!

Better information results in better decision making. Less time spent performing manual tasks means that our customer service team can also focus on interacting directly with our customers. This application has been great. A simple tool to alert our customer service team orders that meet certain criteria - most importantly for us, high-value customers and fraud alerts. I had a minor misunderstanding with how to use the application, and the customer service and interaction was top notch. A resolution was reached. We needed a quick and simple solution to partially close out orders based on stock type. This app solved our problem within 5 minutes. Automated! With top notch support and the many automation options the app provides, we are happy with the results.

It's great when it works but every few months all the auto-fulfilment rules stop working and I have to delete them and reassign from scratch. It's fairly easy to do but a major hassle when we get free ticket "products" coming through every 2-3 minutes and I suddenly have hundreds to manually click fulfil on on the order page because the automater stops working on a product it'sbeen working perfectly on for weeks.

Changed the rating to 4 due to the app team reaching out. When the issue next arise I will contact them and see if the issues can be sorted.

We needed an app that tagged our orders according to product tag and then notified us! This app does exactly that. Thanks Joe for the help with setup and customisation :)

Highly recommend this app, it solved at least 2 problems we didn’t have a solution for, and likely to simplify many of our processes we have been developing.

If you find other Shopify automation apps somewhat convoluted and complicated, and need advanced order processing, then this is a very effective solution.

We requested a custom feature for the email that was sent and they made it for us perfectly and very quickly! 10/10 customer service.
