Order Automator works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle automations based on rules you create. When a new order comes in, Order Automator compares your settings and takes action on the order. You can bulk process old orders. You can also set monitoring actions, for example cancel high risk orders, notify staff of a refund or if an order is X days old and unfulfilled, etc. We're always adding more features + create custom functionality on request.

This is a fantastic app. Frances was excellent at understanding my needs and helping me automate some of the manual processes for my orders with my suppliers, which require orders to be submitted in CSV.
Out of all the apps and other resources I have been exposed to on Shopify in my e-commerce journey to date, these guys are the best! They are also responsive and always willing to help. I was blown away by Francis and his team when they asked me to explain what I needed, not just shut me down and tell me what I would get or what they wanted to provide me with. This is a really helpful app. It helps us to easily and quickly see our orders by country. It is also gret if you want to be notified if a certain product sells. It does everything it says it does. We also needed help with something and Frances in customer support helped us until it was figured out. Great customer service.
