101% customer service, very accomodating and it really helped me set-up and fix problems with the app and my shipping. Been helpful right from the start. Special mention to Siddarth Nataraj, he's been very responsive and it's the best customer service I've ever have. Thank you so much, highly recommended this app!!!!
I have been using this app for a few weeks now & it does everything i need. Every time i have had a problem or am unsure on how to do something i just click on the chat & the team is super helpful & so quick to answer my questions & assist me in whatever i need! Great service!
Best customer service of any app I've ever used. The guys are very responsive and fast to solve any issues. I use the app to control my daily deliveries and they are always by my side if I need to customize the experience. The app is also very simple and effective!
Standout customer service -- they were incredibly responsive, timely, and helpful in getting the app integrated with our site. I was able to schedule a virtual meeting same-day for them to do some back-end work to ensure everything worked properly. Highly recommend, not just for the app (it does exactly what we need!), but also for the customer service support.
Janani was brilliant who I spoke to over zoom was very helpful in helping me get setup. The app is easy to use and very functional. Highly reccomend.
