While we have not yet been able to utilize any of the upsell features (due to our own system limitations) I would highly recommend this app for the order editing features. What sets Order Editing apart from similar apps in the market place is that they expose so much via Shopify Flow, enabling many customization options for the merchant. No brainer for our team. Saves our customer support team a massive amount of time, and frees them up to better service our customers for more complex issues. Address editing in particular has become almost non existent as customers can self service this.

Hamish & the team have created a great, simple product, that really should be built into Shopify natively. The team have worked closely with our ERP + our internal devs to ensure order flows work correctly, and are accessible to make quick changes and tweaks to the product as needed. Would recommend.
