This order editing app has been a game-changer for our business! One of the standout features is the editing window it provides to our customers after they place an order. It’s ideal for those last-minute adjustments, whether they want to add an item, change quantities, or correct any delivery details. Our customers appreciate the flexibility, and it’s improved their shopping experience with us tremendously.

The Order Editing App has made a huge impact on our customer support team by eliminating the need to manually handle order cancellations and edits. This used to take up a significant amount of time and resources, both in labor and cost.
Beyond that, it’s helped streamline operations at our fulfillment center. Previously, we had to scramble to cancel fulfillment requests and often faced UPS rerouting fees when orders were canceled mid-shipment. The app has reduced those downstream headaches, which is a major win.
There’s also a clear revenue benefit. We’ve seen a nice uptick in new revenue from customers adding items to their orders post-purchase, something we weren’t expecting but now fully appreciate.
During peak shopping seasons like LDW—and with BFCM on the horizon—the ability to offer self-service edits is invaluable. With the volume of orders we process, this app ensures our team stays focused on high-value work rather than getting bogged down in manual order changes.

We added Order Editing app to enhance customer experience post-purchase and allow customers to edit their orders instead of going through customer service which can create frustration. And this app allows to do that in a very seamless and integrated way at the checkout thank you pag. It legit looks like a Shopify section. And cherry on the cake, you can offer people the opportunity to add products to their order which is an incredible and easy way to boost AOV and add additional free revenue :) Plus the team is super friendly and support/communication is top notch. Recommend 100%
This app changed the game. We never allowed order editing until the order editing app. We have been able to give customers the ability to change things about their order without them needing to contact us.
We’ve been using Order Editing to help our customers make post-purchase edits (shipping address, size changes, etc.) before fulfillment, and it has been a game-changer. Our address issues have gone to virtually 0! Previously we had MANY customers emailing us about address issues. Now they are taking care of it themselves. And, despite very little effort from us, we are also seeing customers edit orders themselves and add additional product to their orders. Support has been helpful. Glad to be using this app!
Order editing has saved us an insane amount of time and customers made use of it the same day we installed it.
The team can focus more time on processing orders rather than small requests from customers when they want to change order details/items.
Customers have also made use of the upsell feature (putting more cash in our pocket with 0 effort).

They seamlessly integrated the system with our 3PL and Shopify, ensuring everything worked perfectly from the start. A no brainer add to our storefront and customer experience. SaaS doesn’t always come with the ~service~ after you’ve installed or signed on. The Order Editing crew goes above and beyond. They’ve been super helpful in making sure we could find a configuration that worked with our ERP.
