Kiril and Hamish have given the most amazing customer support since we first started using the app which was quite a while ago now. They have added features we suggested and helped with coding of things too. The app has made such a difference in just fielding the 'can I make a change?' requests and has the added bonus of upselling the customer at the same time. Brilliant!

Order Editing is a no-brainer. Has been hugely helpful to give customers self-serve access to their order after checkout, and reduce the associated CX workload. Kiera and Hamish have been super fast at implementing feedback and creating a tailored solution to meet our needs and particular WMS set-up. Highly recommend to brands of all sizes.

So grateful for the great minds behind this app. It used to be a real pain to address last-minute changes in orders or mistakes in delivery addresses. Hamish and the team have been incredibly helpful with the app setup. Thank you heaps, and well done on solving a significant pain point for e-commerce businesses!

There is no reason for a brand to not use and benefit from this app. It's an easy, immediate experience for our customers (which they love), our support department receives half as many tickets, and every day I'm notified that customers are adding more and more products to their order after they've purchased. The post-purchase upsell emails the app automates are too good.

Hamish set us up right away and was very helpful with initial support. I would highly recommend this app, based on this alone. I'm looking forward to seeing this cut down on support tickets and achieve an ROI with upsells/edits.

Order Editing not only saved us thousands of dollars in support costs, it grew our average order value too. Hamish and Keira easily integrated with our 3PL and put our customer portal in all Shopify emails and like night and day we never received an order change request. The founders also created an upsell email automation that saw us offering discounts on a second or third item hours after purchase, customers paid for the extra item and it was added to the original order. WAY too easy!
