While we have not yet been able to utilize any of the upsell features (due to our own system limitations) I would highly recommend this app for the order editing features. The Order Editing App has made a huge impact on our customer support team by eliminating the need to manually handle order cancellations and edits. This used to take up a significant amount of time and resources, both in labor and cost.
