This App is great. Our customer service team could not be happier after reducing significantly all the update address tickets and customers love it too, as it makes really easy to update their address, the most important information to ensure they will receive their beloved Oodies. Love this app - so easy to allow customers to edit their order post-purchase!
Onboarding was a breeze. Initially there were some bugs, but Hamish and team managed to iron those out fairly quickly. It's easy to utilise and reduce support tickets.
Highly recommended.
This app is great - super helpful to help customers update their addresses post purchase (which happens more and more, thanks to one click checkouts). I would say the app is a little clunky to use but thats just me being super critical.
