Hi there,
I've tested how our app is working on your site and I can confirm there are major troubles with MinMaxify's work on your site at present.
Because of noticeable random glitches, lags and visual bugs of your shopping cart's work sometimes our script is receiving invalid information from your backend and so it cannot prevent checkout in such a buggy environment.
Please see the video attached to my other e-mail for an example of my shopping experience on your site. Sometimes everything works fine, but sometimes I see something like that or even worse.
I believe the source of the troubles is a 3rd-party extension to your site or to your standard cart.json handler. It works extremely buggy and those bugs lead to our app's malfunctioning as well as to lots of bad UX cases for your customers.

Here I can only confirm that MinMaxify is a simple JavaScript extension to your online store and it requires a healthy Shopify environment to do it's job properly. And that is the problem in this case.
Excellent customer service after experiencing a technical malfunction. Quick to respond and resolved the issue immediately.
We were looking for a way to solve an unusual problem - trying to limit how much a customer could purchase from an individual collection. Although it was not easily apparent how to do it with MinMaxify, the support team made it easy, helping me along the way. My client is delighted that it now works the way they needed it to! You can set limits to individual products and set limits to a group of products! Exactly what i was looking for.
I used this app to limite my free+shipping items and I found a good tool to help me have control. Userfriendly, I recommend.

I don't like posting bad reviews, but on this occasion I have to.
After working OK for a couple of months, something must have updated because the app actually stopped people being able to checkout on our website. It literally stopped them clicking the "checkout" button.
After a couple of days with no orders we became suspicious and got Shopify to investigate and they confirmed this app was causing it.
Immediately uninstalled and the website is now function properly again.
