Great customer support team, product works in a variety of ways from limits by SKU to creating rule sets.
I think a missing feature is how limits are communicated - we don't always want it to be a pop up. If a message could be just shown in cart for certain things, that would be a cool feature.
We believe this is the best app on the store for providing min-max limit functionalities. Our b2b business scenarios are quite complex, and I was really struggling to implement them properly. Thanks to the absolutely amazing team — who dug deep into the details with me — we managed to set everything up to perfectly meet our requirements.
