Easily the best order merging app that I've used. I have been using TrioM for a few years now and it has saved me hundred of hours of manual work. Support has always been great with very quick responses and solutions to any questions I may have. It seems that they are constantly making improvements to the app as well. Couldn't be happier with my experience with them.

We have been desperate for an app to alleviate the manual, time consuming, error prone, pressure of merging orders. We looked at other apps, but they didn't fit at all with our method of operating. We recently started using Triom Order Merger and have had a REALLY great experience so far.
I had a few questions when getting started, and Tom was genuinely lovely to deal with! Patient, friendly, and always happy to help, even with things that probably didn’t need such long explanations. It made a big difference knowing there was someone on the other end who actually cared and took the time to respond properly.
The app itself is simple, smart, and does exactly what it promises. Being able to merge orders easily solves something Shopify doesn’t handle very well on its own. The free plan works perfectly for a small store like ours, and it feels flexible rather than limiting.
Overall, it’s just been a really positive experience!! A smart, useful idea backed by exceptional customer service, something I haven’t experienced in a long time. Definitely something we can see ourselves continuing to use as we grow.
