Excellent and simple app that helps you when you had no option other than offering a poor customer experience or pay more to upgrade your plan. We had some small customisation requests for additional fields on invoices and packing slips. The support team were great and quickly helped us add these.

Great app - solved what had become a massive headache for me - and so simply! I had the issue of not having an "archive" of the orders just in case I needed them so contacted support who immediately came up with a great solution. This app made my life (and shop!) much easier :D
