The first app I actually enjoy working with! With some coding skills, you can customize an invoice exactly to your liking. And if you get stuck, their support team is ready to help you out.

The billing is incredibly misleading. The pricing is based on the total number of Shopify orders, not just the orders processed through the app. When I raised this with support, they simply pointed me to an article about their pricing. Why not be upfront about it from the start instead of resorting to these bait-and-switch tactics?
I wish Shopify would enforce clearer pricing structures with their developers. What difference does it make how many orders my store gets if I’m not even using the app?
To make matters worse, support almost seemed to encourage me to leave a negative review.

Easy to install, very intuitive and user friendly but the most important thing of all --- customer service is totally responsive and able to address little "tweaks" and changes quickly, often within minutes! You can't ask for too much more!!
