Excellent and simple app that helps you when you had no option other than offering a poor customer experience or pay more to upgrade your plan. Great app - solved what had become a massive headache for me - and so simply! I had the issue of not having an "archive" of the orders just in case I needed them so contacted support who immediately came up with a great solution. This app made my life (and shop!) much easier :D
