Orderify is a great app! It is really useful to me. I mostly get COD orders and often the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery which adds more costing on my fulfillment. I am sure it will ease the requirement of customer service as well as provide customers the opportunity to cancel their order before the seller dispatch them. Thank you.

Just started using it but so far its really good. look foward to offering the editing option to my customers.

I don't know why I hadn't installed this app from the very beginning when my store opened. I think it's because I didn't realize it existed until recently. That's unfortunate, because this simple app helps perfect the customer experience, because it gives more leverage to the customer over their orders at all points, post sale.

So far I really like this app .. very easy to set up . they did a great job letting us know how to install it

It works without all of the bloat and bells and whistles of other apps. It is simple and I love it. It solves a major area of friction in the buy-sell process. Kudos to the developer for actually having a product that works (unlike a lot of developers on here).

i needed a way for my customers to cancel their order instead of doing this manually, customer now has full control and can cancel, edit or reorder an item, this app is helpful.
